Returns Policy


Notification of Damaged Goods

If items are damaged, please contact us via email upon receiving the goods with details of the fault. We will then process a full refund once the goods have been returned to us. We will also pay your postage for you.

Please allow 8-10 working days for the refund to be processed.

Not Satisfied?

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your goods, you must return the item(s) to us within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please contact us to let us know that you are returning an item(s). The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including a note of your name and address. Returns will be refunded on receipt of the goods.
